Kitchen

The kitchen renovated in 2007, is separated from the living room by a bar and is equipped with a professional Sauter electric oven and gas stove, fridge and freezer with ise maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, juice extractor, fruit squeezer, mixer, electric whisks, scale, deep fryer. Service for 10. 2 Gas BBQ outside.

Living / Dining room

Enjoy the great ocean views from both spacious indoor and outdoor living-dining areas. The dining area on the covered terrace has a table for 10 guests and the covered new BBQ area in the garden, with kitchen (minibar, dishes, dishwasher…) has a table for 6 persons. Wind curtains can be pulled down in both dining areas to insure you a pleasant meal. Inside can be found a living area with comfortable lounge chairs to enjoy the view and the music from hifi with the surround sound system and a TV area with a large flat panel television, Dish Network and Canal Satellite, DVD player, ceiling fan and library.

Swimming pool & Jacuzzi

Nice large swimming-pool and a Jacuzzi (not heated).
The garden surrounds the pool area and leads down to the ocean.

Gazebo and Petanque court (“Bocce”).

Direct access to a nice little private sandy beach. Petit Cul de Sac is a protected natural ocean reserve where can be seen turtles and various fish.

News Season 2009/ 2010

New lanscaping being on work at the moment and planned to be finished for September 2009 :
- New deck, with stairs, in the garden, below the pool.
- Bavarian stone path to the private beach and ajoupa, bordered by royal palm trees and palm trees
- New deck (about 30m2) above the beach, with palm trees.
