Modern air conditioned fully equipped kitchen featuring breakfast bar for 4 persons, electric oven, induction and gas stove, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer and ice maker, wine cave, dish washer, toaster, coffee and expresso machine, blender, mixer, whisk. Service for 12.

Living / Dining

Contemporary style great room decorated in red tones : dining area with a glass table and 4 transparent plexiglass chairs; living area with red leather sofas; opening onto the covered terrace by the pool, where is a large rectangular glass table
Outside are 2 different living areas : one lies in the solarium in between the great room and the master bedroom and a sofa corner sits in between the master bedroom and the second bedroom.
Superb Dedon chocolate furniture on all the outside areas.

Swimming pool

Original beautiful and large infinity swimming pool (4m x 12m) with blue tiles and red tiles stripes. Counter current system. Heated Jacuzzi. Beautiful view from the transats on the wood deck on the landscaped garden with palm trees and the ocean.

Deck area in the garden with a lovely daybed. 3 Impressive Royal palm trees will be planted to insure the total privacy of the pool area.
